Zine Homburger joining EU Cyber Direct sessions and CyFy 2018 panel

On 3 and 4 October 2018, Zine Homburger will be joining a panel at the CyFy 2018 conference and attend two sessions organized by EU Cyber Direct.

Zine will participate in an EU-India cyber consultation in New Delhi on Wednesday, for which she provided an input paper on norms and international law. On Thursday, she will speak at a public session on EU cyber and digital diplomacy at the National Law University Delhi, as well as join as a speaker one of the panels at the 2018 CyFy conference. The CyFy panel, “Beyond the Public Core: Protecting Software”, will discuss whether we can conceive a norm that calls on states to not hamper the integrity of mass market products that the world relies on. At the panel, Zine will be joined by Arun Mohan Sukumar, Head Cyber Initiative of the Observer Research Foundation and Co-Chair CyFy, Kaja Ciglic, Director Cybersecurity Policy and Strategy of Microsoft and Latha Reddy, Co-Chair of the Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace.
