Zine Homburger at Expert Workshop 'Promoting Cyber Resilience Worldwide'

Zine Homburger is joining an expert workshop on cyber resilience on Wednesday 10 October 2018 in Berlin.

Lucas Kello is Associate Professor of International Relations, serves as Director of the Centre for Technology and Global Affairs, and is also co-Director of the interdisciplinary Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security at the Department of Computer Science at University of Oxford.

Duncan Hollis is the Laura H. Carnell Professor of Law at Temple Law School, Temple University. He is an elected member of the American Law Institute.

Bibi van den Berg is Professor of Cybersecurity Governance within the Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs at the Institute of Security and Global Affairs.

The workshop is organized by EU Cyber Direct, a project launched to support the EU's cyber diplomacy efforts, and Stiftung Neue Verantwortung, in cooperation with the EU Institute for Security Studies and the German Marshall Fund of the United States. The meeting will bring together experts to discuss and identify priorities for joint actions between the European Union and partner countries aimed at increasing the overall level of global cyber resilience and how to implement them.
