Two New Visiting Fellows: Russell Buchan and Przemysław Roguski

Russell Buchan and Przemysław Roguski are joining us in The Hague for a Visiting Fellowships during the next two months. Both will give a lecture during their fellowships.

Lucas Kello is Associate Professor of International Relations, serves as Director of the Centre for Technology and Global Affairs, and is also co-Director of the interdisciplinary Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security at the Department of Computer Science at University of Oxford.

Duncan Hollis is the Laura H. Carnell Professor of Law at Temple Law School, Temple University. He is an elected member of the American Law Institute.

Bibi van den Berg is Professor of Cybersecurity Governance within the Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs at the Institute of Security and Global Affairs.

Dr Russell Buchan will be joining us from 19 August to 13 September 2019. Russell Buchan is a Senior Lecturer in International Law at the University of Sheffield in the UK. He will talk about industrial cyber espionage under international law during his lecture on Thursday 12 September 2019.

Dr Przemysław Roguski will be joining us for three weeks from 16 September to 4 October 2019. Przemysław Roguski is a Lecturer in Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and an Expert on cybersecurity and international law at the Kościuszko Institute. During his lecture on Thursday 19 September 2019, he will discuss collective responses to cyberattacks.
